How it's reared

We rear our own poultry on the farm, alongside our cattle, pigs and lamb. Animal welfare is a priority, and every bird is fully traceable to our farm.

Cooking tips

• Rest a roast chicken for 15 minutes under foil before carving to keep it juicy.
• Seasoned chickens are ready to go straight in the oven. Ask which flavours are in this week.
• Turkey crowns come in every Christmas hamper. Order early for the size you want.
